These terms govern your use of Hirerchy's website and services. By submitting our intake form, creating an account, or otherwise using our service, you agree to the terms below. Please read them in full, they cover payment, what we guarantee (and importantly, what we don't), and your responsibilities as a client.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal working majority in your country if higher, to use our service. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide us is accurate and current.
Hirerchy searches for, evaluates, and submits job applications on your behalf, based on the background, preferences, and documents you provide us. Depending on the plan you choose, this includes:
Exact plan features, pricing, and term lengths are as listed on our pricing page at the time you sign up, and may change for future terms.
To use our service, you'll complete our intake form and create an account using a dedicated email address for your job search, this same address also serves as your login. We ask that you keep this address separate from your personal email. Once your profile is approved, our team will reach out to set up Gmail delegation to that dedicated account so we can apply on your behalf; this access is limited to that account only, and you may revoke it at any time. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Plans are sold in 4-week or 8-week terms, or a custom term length between 4 and 12 weeks, as agreed with your specialist. The 8-week term includes a discount off the standard weekly rate; custom terms are priced directly with your specialist and may not include an automatic discount.
Submitting the intake form and selecting a plan does not charge you automatically. Our team will contact you separately to arrange payment. Work on your account begins once payment has been confirmed as received, shown clearly as your account's payment status in your dashboard.
A real person reviews every role before we apply, so what goes out is accurate to your background and preferences. If you're not satisfied with the roles we selected for you in a given week, we'll redo that week's applications at no additional cost. This guarantee covers the roles we select and how they're applied to, it does not guarantee any specific number of interviews or job offers.
You may send us specific job postings you'd like us to apply to at any time. We'll include these alongside the roles we select ourselves.
We work to submit high-quality, targeted applications, and we stand behind the quality of that work. However, hiring decisions are made entirely by employers, and we cannot and do not guarantee that you will receive any specific number of interviews, or any job offer at all, regardless of the plan you choose.
Your dashboard shows your progress against your plan's term length. Once your term is complete, our team will either mark your plan as completed or, if you'd like to continue, renew it for an additional agreed number of weeks. Renewing a plan is arranged directly with your specialist or manager.
You may choose not to renew your plan at the end of your current term at any time. If you'd like to stop the service before your term ends, contact your specialist or our team directly to discuss your options.
We do not currently operate a referral program. If we introduce one in the future, its terms will be published separately.
The Hirerchy name, logo, website, and its content are our property or used under license. Your resume, cover letters, and any documents you provide remain your property; we use them solely to provide the service to you.
Hirerchy is not liable for hiring decisions made by employers, outages or errors on third-party job boards or application systems, or outcomes outside of our direct control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us for the service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable local law in your country provides otherwise.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. We'll post the updated version here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use our service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
